MAR Properties, L.L.C. respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we provide the following policy for addressing claims of copyright infringement related to content hosted on our website, www.MarlonRodriguezHomes.com.


1. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a written notice with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a list of such works if multiple items are involved.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or Western District of North Carolina if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content in accordance with the DMCA process.

Before entering real estate, he spent years as a Commercial Manager with a Fortune 500 company, leading teams and negotiating complex deals. That background shows up every day in how he advocates for his clients.

Marlon is bilingual in English and Spanish, a 2026 Board Director for the Catawba Valley Association of REALTORS®, and chairs the R.E.A.C.H.
