He serves buyers, sellers, and investors across Catawba, Burke, Alexander, Caldwell, Lincoln, Gaston, Iredell, and Mecklenburg counties. Born in Cartago, Costa Rica, and shaped by 28 years of professional experience in Florida, Marlon brings a global perspective to his work. Before entering real estate, he served as a Commercial Manager with a Fortune 500 company, leading teams and negotiating complex deals. That experience guides how he prepares, solves problems, and advocates for his clients.

For sellers, Marlon develops a pricing and marketing strategy based on comparable sales, current competition, property condition, and the client’s goals. He helps clients evaluate offers and negotiate terms without promising a particular price or timeline. For buyers and investors, he helps evaluate properties and navigate the purchase process with clear communication throughout.

Marlon serves clients in English and Spanish and holds the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. Through his international referral relationships, he connects clients and real estate professionals with trusted representation in North Carolina and beyond.

He serves as a 2026 Board Director for the Catawba Valley Association of REALTORS® and chairs its R.E.A.C.H. Multilingual Committee, supporting efforts to reduce language and cultural barriers in real estate.
