Marlon Rodriguez is the Broker-in-Charge and owner of MAR Properties, L.L.C., a real estate brokerage based in Hickory, North Carolina specializing in Western North Carolina real estate. He serves buyers, sellers, and investors across Catawba, Burke, Alexander, Caldwell, Lincoln, Gaston, Iredell, and Mecklenburg counties, helping clients find homes for sale in Hickory, NC and the surrounding region.

Born in Cartago, Costa Rica and shaped by 28 years of professional experience in Florida, Marlon brings a global perspective and a deeply personal commitment to every transaction. Before entering real estate, he spent years as a Commercial Manager with a Fortune 500 company, leading teams and negotiating complex deals. That background shows up every day in how he advocates for his clients.

Marlon is bilingual in English and Spanish, a 2026 Board Director for the Catawba Valley Association of REALTORS®, and chairs the R.E.A.C.H. Multilingual Committee, dedicated to breaking down language and cultural barriers in real estate. He holds a CIPS designation, connecting clients and real estate professionals worldwide to trusted representation in North Carolina.
